What items qualify?

Only unused, unopened items in original packaging qualify.

How do I request a return?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with order number, reason, and photo or video proof.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers cover return shipping costs using a trackable service; we aren’t responsible for lost packages.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued 7–14 business days after we inspect the returned item.

Are shipping fees refundable?

Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

What about customs duties and taxes?
